Collecting the Western Union transfer:

Visit the nearest Finansbank branch, and fill out the "Pay Money Form" that your customer service representative gives you. You can receive your money from the teller by submitting the form along with a valid identity card.

Transferring funds via Western Union:

Visit the nearest Finansbank branch, and make your transfer by submitting a valid identity card and by filling out the "Send Money Form" that your customer service representative gives you. You can help the recipient to collect the funds in minutes by informing them of the MTCN* (Money Transfer Control Number) which your customer service representative will give you.

* MTCN is only a search criterion, and is not required to collect the transferred amount. The recipient can collect the transferred funds without a MTCN if he can provide the correct information about the transfer (the sender, the country, the amount) and a valid identity card.

Message Service Fee

$ 2.- is charged for up to 10 words; for every additional word exceeding 10 words, a commission of $ 0.20 is charged.

Quick Pay Service Via Western Union

This service allows you to make payments to the institutions in countries that have Quick Pay agreements with Western Union. You can conduct all your Western Union transactions at Finansbank branches.

For Western Union transactions, you only need to have a passport or other valid ID.
