Code and Security Picture Application

Code and Security Picture application has started at Finansbank Internet Branch

If you do not have Code and Security Picture:

At your first login to Internet Branch, you must enter your customer number and pass the code field blank. On the next screen you must enter your password you have been using. After clicking the Continue button you will be asked to set your security picture and code.

The code you will set;

  • Must be 8 to 12 characters,
  • Must compose of at least 1 letter and 1 number,
  • Must not contain more than 3 repetitive characters.

For your subsequent logins, you will be prompted to enter your customer number and code. Then the security picture will be shown to you to verify that you are at Finansbank Internet Branch. If you do not see the correct picture please do not enter your password and call 444 0 900 Finansbank Telephone Banking.

If you forget your Code or Security Picture:

If you forget your code or security picture, please call 444 0 900 Finansbank Telephone Banking.

If your Security Picture is not the picture you have chosen:

If your security picture is not the picture you have chosen, please do not enter your password and call 444 0 900 Finansbank Telephone Banking.

To Login with Code and Security Picture:

For login to Internet Branch, you will be prompted to enter your customer number and code. On the next screen your security picture will be shown to you to verify that you are at Finansbank Internet Branch. If the picture is correct then you can enter your password informations and login to Internet Branch.

Password Options:

Besides your customer number and code you must use one of the following password options:

  • Password
  • SMS Password
  • Password and SMS Password together

You can change password options from High Security Settings menü at Finansbank Internet Branch.
