  • I live abroad, what to I have to do to manage my account at Finansbank?

     
    Bring in your tax number(Republic of Turkey) and your passport to a Finansbank branch office. In addition you must also have with you a notarized and affidative (by a registered translator) translation of a document that indicates your tax status in your country of residence. At the Finansbank branch fill out the required Banking Services Agreement and signature card. 

  • How do I apply for a Finansbank NakitCard cash machine card?

     
    You can apply for Finansbank Nakitcard at any Finansbank branch.  If you already use any other Finansbank products or services, you can apply for a Nakitcard by calling our Telephone banking number 444 0 900 anywhere in Turkey or apply through a Finansbank branch.

  • Where can I withdraw cash with my NakitCard?

     
    You can use your NakitCard at any of Finansbank's Nakit24/Nakit24 Ekstra cash machines or any of the cash machines that are a part of the Orta Nokta ATM network. 

  • What banks participate in the Ortak Nokta ATM network?

     
    The Ortak Nokta banks are: Albaraka Türk, Alternatifbank, Anadolubank, Anadolu Finans, Asya Finans, BankEuropa, Citibank, Denizbank, Family Finans, Finansbank,Halkbank, HSBC, Kuveyt Türk, MNG Bank, Oyak Bank, Şekerbank, TEB, Tekfenbank, Tekstilbank.     At all Nakit24/Nakit 24 Ekstra cash machines you can use your Finansbank NakitCard to: withdraw cash; make quick one click cash withdrawls; deposit cash into your account; deposit cash directly into your account without an envelope (only at Nakit24 Ektra machines); check your account balance and address; transfer funds to another Finansbank account; make a fund transfer request to a particular person or company at a Finansbank or any other bank; transfer funds between your accounts; request a EFT (electronic fund transfer) to accounts at other banks; buy or sell mutual funds; check your fund or investment account balance; check mutual fund rates; buy and sell repo (repurchase agreements on Treasury securities); and see your account summary and change your security passwords.

     
  • Who can apply for a Finansbank for a CardFinans and Finansbank?

     
    Any person 18 years older with a fixed income that can be documented can apply. 

  • Can I purchase insurance through Finansbank?

     
    Property, Automotive, Corporate, Health, Life and Individual Accident and other insurance polices can be arranged and purchased through Finansbank branches. 

  • Can I receive an insurance quote (price proposal) for the insurance policy through a Finansbank branch?

     
    Yes, you can receive an insurance policy quote and purchase your policy from any Finansbank branch.  In addition, Automotive Collision, Property, DASK (compulsory earthquake insurance) and Mandatory Traffic Insurance policies are available at Finansbank branches. 

  • What services are provided at Nakit24 Automatic Teller Machines (cash machines)?

     
    The following banking transactions can be carried out: 

    ·        withdraw cash

    ·        deposit cash into your account

    ·        deposit cash directly into your account without          an envelope (only at Nakit24 Ektra machines)

  • What is the maximum amount of cash that can be withdrawn from a Nakit24 cash machine in one day?

     
    Up to 600YTL can be withdrawn from a Nakit24/Nakit24 Ekstra cash machine in one 24 hour period. 

  • What can I do with Finansbank Internet Banking?

     
    Any consumer or corporate banking service provided at Finansbank branches can also be carried out on the internet through Finansbank Internet Banking. This includes banking services like automatic bill payments, making payments to family and friends, keeping your contact details up to date, viewing balances or transactions, managing regular payments and moving money between your accounts, and much more.

  • Using the internet, can I access Finanbank Internet Banking from any location in Turkey or internationally?
