Current shareholding structure

Finansbank is a publicly traded company with listings on the Istanbul Stock Exchange in 1990 and on the London Stock Exchange in June 1998. 

As of August 18, 2006, Finansbank's shareholder structure changed when the National Bank of Greece purchased the majority shareholding from the Fiba Group. Currently, the National Bank of Greece owns 46.0% and Fiba Group 9.68% while the remaining 44.3% remains publicly held.
