Treasury The essential function of the Treasury Department, located in the Finansbank Head Office, is to manage the liquidity of the Bank and the interest rate and foreign exchange rate risks arising from market conditions, in the most effective way possible. Another function of the Department is to provide customers with first-hand information by giving branches information about current developments in the markets immediately. The aim of the Treasury Department is to offer high quality, efficient services and competitive pricing to customers and branches. The Treasury Department works in close cooperation with the Corporate, Commercial, Retail and Small Business Banking Departments in order to increase transaction volumes for treasury products and expand the customer base.
