Human Resources, Quality System and Process Management Finansbank's outstanding performance is due, in large measure, to its highly qualified staff of dynamic professionals. To be a member of the Finansbank team means being part of a young and talented group that makes the Turkish banking sector truly world-class. The Human Resources, Quality System and Process Management Department has three sections: the Human Resources Group, the Quality System and Process Management Group and the Systems Authorization Management Unit. The main mission of the Human Resources Group is to maximize the satisfaction of both internal and external customers. In order to achieve this mission, the Human Resources Group is divided into four different units: the Manpower Planning and Career Management Unit - responsible for new hire planning and recruitment, and career management for existing personnel; Compensation & Benefits Unit, which handles payroll and other associated functions like benefits, health insurance, etc.; the System Development Unit - a project-based unit, responsible for developing and maintaining efficient human resources processes; the Training Unit, which aims to provide Finansbank employees with the best training in order to prepare and motivate them to accomplish the objectives and goals of the Bank. The Quality System and Process Management Group has two units, Quality System and Process Management Unit. The Quality System Unit is responsible for the continuity of the Bank's Quality Certification - ISO 9000 - 2000 including processing internal and external customer complaints, documentation standards and internal quality audits. Process management, maintenance of optimum norms for effective productivity and the standardization of services are the main duties of the Process Management Unit. The Systems Authorization Management Unit is responsible for the definition of employees' authorization, delegation and approval rights in all IT systems in accordance with their job descriptions. Career Planning Finansbank believes in internal promotion as opposed to external recruitment in order to increase the motivation of her staff. That's why the Bank places the utmost importance on the sound training of its staff members. We offer in-house training programs as well as open courses held both in Turkey and abroad to meet specific training needs that cannot be met internally. Every Finansbank team member has the opportunity to be promoted up the career ladder to the highest levels of the Bank, or its subsidiaries, based on their performance. It is one of our basic principles to promote our own staff members who have proven their ability to achieve the goals of the Bank through hard work and sound business ethics. |
