This department serves Turkish companies with annual turnover of US$ 15 million and over and multinationals operating in Turkey that are based in Istanbul and Ankara through the Headquarters Marketing Group and a network of 8 corporate banking branches.

Our objective is to provide corporate customers with diversified and project-based services, offering them tailor made banking solutions.

Commercial Banking
This department serves local companies with revenues of from US$ 2 million - US$ 15 million through its four Regional Offices, two in Istanbul and one each in Ankara and Izmir, as well as the 49 branches overseen by this Department and our Headquarters Marketing Group.

Our Regional Offices and extensive branch network provide commercial banking customers with service designed to meet changing regional needs. These localized solutions are tailored to customers' cashflow and offer a selection short-, medium- and long-term instruments.

Investment Banking
In addition to traditional banking products, acting as a solutions partner, we can offer our customers a wide range of alternative instruments. In addition to providing companies with financial and advisory support, we also act a broker and arranger for financial transactions. Acting as a solutions partner, we create products and services tailored to each customer's needs.

Other services we provide our customers include: project finance, investment financing advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, privatization advisory services, financial valuations, financial restructuring, contract finance consulting, real estate development consulting and strategic sector and country reports.

Cash Management
We provide Cash Management services within the framework of a cash management concept based on an advanced technology platform, offering innovative cash management solutions including electronic payments and collections tailored to your cashflow.
