Finansbank Anonim Şirketi (the Bank) was incorporated in Istanbul on September 23, 1987.
The Bank's shares have been listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE) under the ticker symbol "FINBN", since the initial public offering on February 3, 1990. Its Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) have been listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1998.
