The aim of our disclosure policy is to share, on a timely manner, full, correct and comprehensive information other than trade secrets with shareholders, investors, employees, customers, creditors and other related parties on equal footing that can be easily reached at minimum cost.
In accordance with CMB's Communiqué (Serial VIII, No. 54) on Principles Regarding Public Disclosure of Material Events, and within the framework of its Disclosure Policy, Finansbank discloses to public all material events concerning itself through CMB and ISE and also sends corporate news releases to media outlets.
In addition to the means of disclosure explained above, our Bank's Investor Relations shares information about its quarterly results, as they become available,with domestic and foreign investors during their visits to the bank or through phone or e-mail.
Corporate Communications Department, in coordination with related departments, is responsible for sharing general information other than obligatory statements regarding Finansbank's products, services and strategies. The process of answering questions asked by the media is coordinated by Corporate Communications Department or related departments, depending on the nature of these questions and in each case filtered by Corporate Communications Department in line with Finansbank's goals and strategies.
