Your account numbers at Finansbank have been switched to IBAN and no additional action is required from your side.
In order to make use of the facilities of IBAN, please make sure you
- provide your IBAN information to the persons who will transfer money to your account
- ask IBAN information from those to whom you will make interbank or international money transfers
- write your IBAN information on documents to be presented to persons/establishments with whom you trade or from whom you will receive Money.
Please make sure you get IBANs of your Finansbank accounts only through our Bank. IBANs obtained from other institutions/web sites by entering your Finansbank account number might be incorrect and you might possibly face difficulties at money transfers to be made by those IBANs.
Unless you have the IBAN information of the recipient, you can execute money transfers by placing a written order per transaction.
Error probability at money transfers by IBAN is very low. Sending and receiving money by IBAN are much faster than transfers made through bank account numbers. Consequently, please make sure you use IBAN not only for international money transfers but also for domestic wire transfer and EFT transactions.
You can make your domestic and international SWIFT and EFT transactions by using IBAN through our branches, Call Center and Internet Banking channels.
In case IBAN detail of recipients at your already existing EFT, Wire Transfer and SWIFT transaction orders are incomplete, please make sure you apply to our bank to supply the missing information.
In case IBAN detail of recipients at your already existing Quick EFT orders is incomplete, please make sure you supply the missing information at our internet banking channel.
