Strategic Planning was established to execute consulting, strategic planning and project management functions for the top management. The main responsibilities of the department are;
- Helping the top management during the strategic planning and decision making processes and coordinating the settings of short-medium-long term goals and strategies,
- Informing the top management regarding the competition and Bank's position by following the main results and trends in the market,
- Proposing new improvement areas for the business processes, organizational performance and profitability and making detailed analysis for the matters expected to be improved,
- Managing the synergy projects among the business lines adn coordinating various strategic projects and campaigns.
